Customers are entitled to inspect their order upon delivery while the courier is present. A maximum of 5 minutes is allowed for inspection.
If the customer decides not to accept the order during this inspection period, the order may be returned immediately to the courier. In this case, only the shipping fee is payable.
Once the customer accepts the order, completes the payment, and the courier leaves, the sale is considered final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after that.
